I had the most ridiculous last moth of pregnancy, i went in for a reg checkup on a Wednesday June 28th . Had a reg cervix check Eden was Head down i was dilated 3 and 90% effaced. Everything was all good. i had an ultrasound right after to check on Edens weight because i had Ges diabetes while pregnant. Eden had flipped she was now laying across my stomach, so from my reg check up to two hours later she had flipped.the doctors said Eh its okay she still has some time to get into delivery position aka head down.  And i had started having contractions, they were still pretty far apart about 13 minutes apart. so nothing to to serious. Eden looked good on her ultrasound she was weighing 7 pounds EEEEK with like 3 weeks left of pregnancy i was seriously nervous about that..So i was pretty uncomfortable the rest of the day, so i stayed in bed. days had passed and i was okay i had contractions here and there again nothing too serious.
On 4th of July i was pretty uncomfortable all day , we went to my Aunt and uncles house to enjoy the day watched the fireworks. i had a little bit of harder contractions that night, still about 13 minutes apart and then after 30 minutes they would go away. that weekend and throughout the next week up until my appointment i was pretty uncomfortable. but it was manageable.   Thursday July 13th i had my weekly appointment, still dilated and effaced the same Eden once again was head down. nothing serious going on. My doctors said well see if you have her over the weekend if not well schedule you to be induced nextweek. Ugh by this time im SO over it, everything hurts im so exhausted!
The weekend comes around and i contracting more regularly , but just not enough to be in "Active labor" Saturday the 15th alllll day i was just in so much pain my pubic bone was on fire i was like thinking oh my gosh this is it I'm going to have her any minute. Nope contractions would stop and i was fine. that night i remember thinking my pubic bone doesn't hurt anymore like it did all day but my ribs are hurting pretty bad and i have heartburn SOOO bad.. which hadn't happened in a few days. SUDAY: i just couldn't take the pain, contractions were about 8 minutes apart, and as i was on my way to the hospital about 30 minutes away they dropped to 4 minutes apart. but i wasn't feeling the pressure down below anymore i was def feeling something wasn't right. Got all checked in monitors hooked up, they saw i was contraction pretty close but still dilated a 3. and were talking about having me walk an hour or so to get into "active labor" but for some reason they could not figure out why Edens heart beat was so high up. because just a few days ago Eden was head down so her heart beat should be a lot lower on my stomach. they decided to do an ultrasound, check things out. There you go, Eden was BREECH! Her little feet were dangling in the birth canal.  Oh my gosh! How in the world did she flip again!! And i had no idea she did it, i never felt her  flip like that. i remember the nurses saying " there is  no way you couldn't feel her flip shes so big already" Yea NO i didn't feel it. i must of been knocked out one night and she flipped. the nurses go out of the room by this time its 4:15 pm jose left to go buy a phone charger because my phone was dead and my parents hadn't any idea of what was happening. So hes gone doing that.
the nurses come in and said "okay the doctor will be in soon to talk with you. but she has decided to do a c-section at 5:30 pm.. I'm like whaaaat why!!! The doctor comes in and explains Edens breech and every time you have a contraction her heart rate kind of drops a little. so we think its necessary to get her out ASAP. I'm looking at the clock its 4:45 pm, jose is till gone I'm freaking out (internally btw) I'm just thinking like this is not happening, not something i planned. Well we all know things just dont go as planned with labor. they Begin to prep me, get me all ready to take me back. Jose walks in and is like "whats going on" I'm like bawling my eyes out like a big ole baby. The nurses are like were doing a c-section at 5:30 its 5:20 pm by this time jose was like ooookay let me call her parents.. they take me back. its super bright lights everywhere, super clean and sterile. I'm like shaking profusely. all i see is all of these needles and surgical knives. ehhh I'm freaking out man!
They do the spinal block, and lay me back every things numb. i can feel my self starting to freak out a big as they bring up the sheet in front of my face. I'm like super feeling claustrophobic. I'm like looking around, whispering i cant breath to my self trying to calm myself down but I'm just about to loose it.. Jose gets there right in time sits next to me. Hes seriously the best cause idk how he didn't freak out seeing me freak out.. I'm not this super sensitive person but i was just losing it.. i feel all the tugging and pulling and i hear this little nasally cry.. 5:55 pm Annora Eden Gonzalez is born! She has SO much hair the most beautiful little girl i have ever seen ( well shes mine so I'm a little biased) SO much to tell so little time!

How much is TOO much..

So in my family there are A LOT of Alcoholics, and sometimes its just too much for me..So what do you do about taking what those people say, while there in that state of mind, with a grain of salt? Because sometimes i just want to straight up sucker punch them in the face! Dont get me wrong now, im not opposed to drinking ..Having a drink with friends and family is fine with me, BUT drinking everyday to get drunk just doesn't cut it..And i hate the excuse, i work all week, im tired so i deserve a drink. okay yes it may be true you may work so hard you feel a drink will calm your nerves but seriously get drunk every time?!? Then i have those in the family that get drunk and... A. Talk a lot of crap about people non stop B.could care less what anyone is talking about and want the attention on themselves C.Repeat themselves over and over D.become very abusive to anyone an...

Can i get a snow day from this snow day...

Never fails, Texas weather always puts a damper in my plans. Tuesday called for dental appointments for the little ones (not in school) a dine in lunch date and maybe a trip to target.. after all 3 kids are a piece of cake VS 5 and why not take advantage. Buuuuuuut NO! Texas decided to shut down its entire system due to dangerous weather conditions.. It literally was like 70 degrees yesterday, my kids were playing outside in shorts. in shorts you guys!  BAM today its 25 degrees, sleet, snow and icy roads. Oy snow days are not for the weak. having to entertain 4 children who cant play outside alllllll day and throw in a 6 month old who is the sweetest cutest spoiled little thing who likes, scratch that DEMANDS to be carried all hours of the day. My older two who are in school kicked nap time to the curb once they started school for obvious reasons. So getting them to nap along with the younger siblings is like pulling teeth.. haha seriously!  Id like a snow day from this ...

"Thats just the way my family is"

I'd like to begin with saying,                           "Don't let people treat you poorly because you love them".      In the past 7 years i have learned a lot about "Family dynamics" from merging my family with my husbands. It has been an interesting 7 years let me tell you.. Some things i have learned about peoples view on "family dynamics"  is they are not always the best thing AND i really believe people believe they are doing well when they treat someone the way they treat them.. With that being said, i have learned a lot of what to do and what not to do..       Let me tell you, i was raised in a home that exhibited love, weather it was love through discipline or genuine love.. I can not remember a specific time i went without communicating how i felt about a certain thing or situation. Growing up in a house full of sisters one older than me and four youn...
